I am glad I sold out of RLT when I did. Stef loves to talk the talk, but isnt walking the walk. I am thinking I will buy back in once there is meaningful movement with the operational side of RLT. Having said that, I have significant doubts on Stef's interest in seeing this through to completion. After all the hopeful announcements and missed timeframes that he has put out, I don't know if he has the operational acumen to pull something like Phase 2 off. I wouldnt be surprised if he is given information from people who want to please him, and he naievely relies on that information to put statements out to the market. Historically I have felt that annoucnements have been timed to spur on interest when the stock is going poorly on the markets, and if there is no reaction, another one is pumped out a month or two later. I am also a bit bemused by these 4 hour long interviews with amateur reporters, in which Stef just rambles on about the same old stuff ad nauseum. Correct me if I am wrong, but that 4 hour interview which was conducted by CarloFerrira or whatever his name is (was a deadset pumper about a year and a bit ago, started is own DISC server to pump the stock). Stef obviously has a relationship with him and I am not a fan that he is channelling media releases through these unknwon wannabe Twitter stock gurus. Nothing is looking particularly positive at the moment for RLT. Like I said, if there is significant operational improvement over the next half year, I may consider buying back in, but not until then. I would treat RLT with significant caution at this point in time.
