Yeah my brother who has three kids asked me at the time why Kevie was giving him all this cash when he didn't need it. What a monumental waste of taxpayers funds. Trouble is the anecepahlics of the world (my brothers not one of them)will vote for Kevie simply because he gave them money.....didn't Kevie give it to dead people and people living overseas as well?
