I think it's now being capped at 37.5. I've been watching the ask side today and it appears that around 11am there was a significant consolidation off most lines above 37.5 on the sell side, to stack the 37.5 line which increased by 600K.

i.e 37.5 went from 252,400 to 902,275

Maybe not very meaningful but it's the first major activity I've seen in weeks.
