    IMHO, no chance of >$30 till :
    1) New company strategy is announced that shows some aggressiveness in using its new bulk to combat passive investing & expand into ancillary services.
    2) Shorters get scared off with consistently good results (PDL shorters have moved over to PPT after being very successful at PDL)
    3) Divs get to a consistent $2 pa under newco
    4) Real growth in FUM

    Scrooge tells me 24+ months.
    I hope for sooner.
