There is something strange going on with this one. Its almost like an angry shareholder is just vindictively trying to keep this thing pinned to the floor. Everytime she looks to be catching a wind in her sails, someone dumps a huge chunk of shares to keep her down.
Management team here need a huge kick up the a$$ for poorly conceived strategy, poor communication, lack of focus, losing control of their register, massively diluting by raising at low volumes.
