Goes to show the best tenements are the ones that follow along the Trans-Taiga highway which avoids the major water bodies and lakes.
Winsome's Cancet tenement is just on the prime sweet spot - the further away from the Trans-Taiga the more water bodies dotted around i would think.
We have the largest parcel with proven spodument that is bordering the highway.
