yeah I have issues with billions being wasted, you should too. Not wasted as in "it's being inefficiently managed" but wasted as in "taxpayers rorted for billions" by greedy and unscrupulous, and of no benefit to anyone but themselves. You do understand that all this is real money, not just Monopoly money falling from the magical China tree? Money that could be used for REAL GOOD now or SAVED for future generations.
