re: now in trading halt... yep - has to be something positive on the due diligence in my view . If the due diligence fell through they would have just announced as such and been done with it . Bula is an anomoly and has already been recognised as undervalued on LIO's books - why not just buy LIO though ?? Its a takeover environment and even at 2c its chicken feed to any well backed overseas interest. If its just about Bula , there were two seperate parties interested, so a more than competitive offer may have been tabled here. Interesting one.
