As I read it the Talnode Si is a fixed combination of silicon and graphite determined by Talga.
And that mixture (Talnode Si ) can be used by the client as an additive to their graphite anodes in whatever % they want.
Sort of like creating 2 stroke by mixing in oil (the Talnode Si) at a ratio to the petrol you decide.
So in effect the client is determining their final Anode formulation not Talga.
Mind you I am absolutely no battery expert and it is only my interpretation of what Talga has said.
I may be totally wrong and am happy to be corrected.
