A string of positives are headed our way short term.
IMO between now and the 21st things might be slow but 9 cents would be highly unlikely. Dont forget there is someone out there is currently trying to buy $500k worth for that price.
The SPP is unlikely to close early, but very likely(IMO) to be scaled back.
All in my opinon of course and subject to left feild events
