It does seem unusual that there has been no more info released considering the size of the mou . Unfortunately management have some form in this area. I imagine the business media would've been calling to get an interview ? Maybe more info will be held until the AGM next week ? The recent ann was probably released early to help shareholders make a decision on which way they're going to vote.
