Well, just two years ago, SMB was littered with BUY recommendations and Goldman Sachs' target price was $4.10 (up from $2.30 at the time), see below. Obviously, a lot has changed however 2023 will provide a continual news flow with highlights being the merger by mid-year and the new strategic plan by September. Combined with other tailwinds (even higher GOP, majors are rerating) I can see a lot of upside this year from current levels.
