He is a suit and tie man. Hence the relocation to the big smoke.
That suggests to me he may be more focused on climbing the ladder than he does growing the company.
At the end of the day, he is running a billion dollar company, that looks good on the CV.
On the other hand, he may be trying to shake some retail holders of their stocks. Its heavily held by retail, which means less control for the big players.
