Welcome. You would have to go and read through the past five years of posts on HCH to understand why sentiment is where it is at.

I wasn't a shareholder way back when it all started in 2010. I think there is at least one shareholder active here who was. Christian Easterday went to Chili to look for copper and uranium and whatever else he could find. For a really old market update see https://www.hotchili.net.au/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/HotChiliProfileFeb-2011.pdf

So they found bulk low grade copper suitable for open pit mining at Productora. It is worth reading the original Productora PFS. I can't remember when the original PFS was released. I wasn't a shareholder. It was re-released for the TSX-V listing in Nov '21. It was released to the TSX titled "Preliminary Feasibility Study For the Productora Copper Project Located in Atacama, Chile TECHNICAL REPORT NI43-101".

The arse fell out of the price of copper and that was that. In the mean time Easterday managed to get his hands on the Cortadera porphyry deposit containing higher grade copper with a decent amount of gold and silver credits. I reckon a lot of us jumped in about three years ago when they got good drill results from Cortadera. Then the convertible notes fell due and one holder in particular decided to dump them on market.

It's been a long slow painful dilutive mining explorer slog. Some more tenaments have been added along the way. Some drill results have been good. Some have been dusters.

Christian Easterday is a peculiar fellow in many ways. His communication style can infuriate long suffering share holders. Go and find some of the interviews he did with Samso a couple of years ago. They are excruciating. The metaphors shareholders have had to endure. "Pregnant with news". "The cat that got the milk". Every now an then we are promised a cornucopia of news flow and get nothing until the next capital raise comes along. Christian stated at the Rick Rule symposium last year, while sporting a massive scar to his forehead that the recent blunt head trama he received (according to rumour in an incident involving a chainsaw) had been a epiphany and everything was going to be all right!

Hot Chili is has been an enigma wrapped up in a riddle. The HCH board on HC has been a lived experience over the past few years. Why is the fire extinguisher in the toilet? So many unanswered mysteries.

Despite everything including the disruption of COVID, the story is coming together slowly. There has been a lot of renewal of management. A new Chairman. Glencore taking a 10% stake and a seat on the board (whether that is good or bad you decide).

There's been some unusual shareholders within the top 20. One used to post here regularly. The share registry is retail heavy.

Those of us who hold keep telling ourselves this has the potential to be a significant and economic tier-one multi-decade mine one day.

That's my contribution. Others will have more sensible answers.

Every stock I own I believe is undervalued by the market.
