Some try and drive SP down by using market cap overvaluation technique, some by implying investors are stupid, some by posting every tweet from other businesses in a similar field BUT implying a CEO and board are in breach of ASX rules is a new low. @dolci you have played your cards. You've stated you are a short term trader, if you suggest legal issues or something underhanded is at play then I suggest you contact the ASX directly and stop posting what is unsubstantiated propaganda that does nothing but supports your trading direction. For several years you posted charts suggesting no matter what the situation that BRN was in a uptrend and went overboard with some of the BS surrounding it, doing nothing but praising the company. Fast forward to 2023 and you are coming across as a bitter person that's after revenge here. Arguing with other anonymous posters over law won't be resolved here - but you know that but continue in order to direct the posting content. I feel you believe that because back then you had some followers that you can now control the market through questioning this company. I can tell you that isn't the case. I believe you've lost money here and are attempting manipulation to recover.

Please don't underestimate the intelligence of people that have decided to place hard earned money here.
