Scarva, unfortunately still holding that dog - wish I could let it go but it owes me alot of money. My girlfriend and I have a few houses that we have renovated and rented out - much more exciting than watching that dog - GIP.
Also don't forget to use a high pressure hose to wash the outside of the house first before you paint!!
