The excess mortality, they're just statistics on a computer. Like votes they can be hacked and changed, far easier than having to bribe most politicians, public health officials, doctors, researchers and the media. This would have to be an enormous conspiracy.
Occam's razor would suggest that the real conspiracy being committed is that the excess death statistics have been manipulated by hackers, a small number of dictirs have been corrupted and the vax injuries/deaths shown on social media are crisis actors. That would be a far easier conspiracy to commit.
