It's a really good story and shows again that while you can have outstanding tenements and prospects in the ground, if you don't have the right management team in place, your chances of success will be limited. Paul, Dean and the team are already a great success story and have only just begun. While the article is about leadership generally, it will be good PR for DRE too to have some positive publicity in the AFR.
