SGI market cap C$41M
Even if one suspects that one or all of those market caps are 'manipulated a bit...it's might be a stretch to view the $167M (combined) animal as ready prey for the $41M 'lion'.
In short, SGI is going to have to prove it's worth via cash flow over time.
