Over the years rare earths have been the subject at more conferences than Catholicism at the Popes dinner table and it is very evident that this is being manipulated to suit the objectives of a few . Imo if PEK does not get this up and running soon it will become valueless as more discoveries are made in more user friendly jurisdictions. To me it is very clear that someone does not want this resource placed on the world market.
