Points to what I've long suspected. CUE won't commit to any LNG deal because they want any gas for Caterina, and how their legal team could call that "maintaining the status quo" can only be answered by an announcemnet by CUE stating their position.

I certainly hope one is forthcoming, as from the MOG announcement it appears that CUE have been the spanner in the works since December 21.
