Hmmm --- 2 things to consider though ---
The Villars also own the Kingking project, and are not showing any signs of urgency in moving to develop it. I am thinking that have a totally different timetable on when to do things that may not be what we would normally consider.
Second thing is that Villar may already have experience with CGA and Carrick in the early days of Kingking
May also be interesting to remember how that ended up for both parties
