The biggest mistake Fred made, was taking this nonsense public.
It isnt really public at all, but it now needs to bear the same obligations of a public company.
Fred is the only investor, and using trusts to do so, works in many ways.
Retail?
that's just a bonus, and those suckers are dumb enough to be dragged along for years, and maybe even dumb enough to pony up on the occasional CR.
