I think most would agree that the return on outlay will be substantially greater!
Whilst a downside always exists, I feel MMR's downside is minimal.
That MMR without the Tax Free status would be a serious contender for investment money like BUY, BPH, or GHB.
Alternatively, if concerned about loses, buy options. If it goes well, convert!
If a lose you can claim a lose!
