Hi to all interested holders. I sent an email to Luke this afternoon and received a reply very promptly. My enquiry was mainly about the lack of information that has been provided to us about the AGM. Luke said in his response that he and Adrian did not do presentations which I find highly iregular. He also said that no shareholders were in attendance and there were no shareholder questions submitted. I think that there needs to be a few changes made at EVR that provides shareholders with a lot more transparency. I own shares in companies with MCs of less than A$10m and they all do presentations at their AGMs and also provide the information to their shareholders so EVR really need to step up to the bar imho. Luke also stated that the auditors were the only people outside of the company that were in attendance. I will be reaching out to both Luke and Adrian with my opinion and if you agree with me I ask that you do the same. Luke did supply other information about the company which was reasonably helpful and mostly positive. IMHO. And as always please DYOR.
