- firstly, they don’t have 100 million in the bank. Not even close. Unless old SI did a GavieWavie bank reset.
- secondly, what ever they do have, 35 million can’t be used because their creditors loan contract says they need to keep this much back in case they go broke so the lenders will be repaid some of the debt.
That’s why it’s non binding. So msb can walk out without penalty.
