Well POSCO delegation did visit the NAL operation subsequent to that Korean ' Trade Mission ' / Business Trip. Rounding out their own North American ' Milk Run ' visitation at that time. So that is the BIG one for me. Join the dots from there to the POSCO's JV with GM at Becancour , and BASF's earlier tie-backs to Nemaska as well as RIO's comments on testing Sayona NAL ore fore the increased enhanced beneficiation processes .......and you quickly arrive at the running theme and everything you really have to know in how this is being set up.
And as some have said , if you have NO DEAL yet , you have NO Announcement. Pretty simple really.
