Hi @flight11 - HC isn't letting me reply to your post directly for some reason, but I took your advice and got confirmation re: functional testing announcement or not and you were correct. There was no need for announcing that the Skywater chips are functional (they are) as this is just one step in the same process, like you say. With the Leti wafers the decision to qualify them was made after they were confirmed functional - so two different processes.
