    actually reading between the lines I suspect the banks (ANZ and CBA) want to control the sale process. I would have guessed that a merging on the FEA assets with the GNS plantation assets (assuming this deal gets done) could be the grand bargain the banks are looking for.......by pushing it into admin it makes it easier for this deal to happen as the prideful board are unable to stand in the way....
