Although I now have most of these broken records on ignore your comment Leec talks to the heart of why they're on ignore. I have never heard a single even remotely plausible hypothesis of where the end game is for Fred and Co if they are deliberately acting fraudulently. As you quite correctly say "Where is the big pay day?"
So my challenge to all you conspiracy theorists is this - how (and when) does the scheme pay out to Fred and Co? It certainly isn't via inflated directors fees and it certainly isn't at a rate of 6%!
