    Wouldn't think so, unless you have access to international bond markets...

    Additionally, another Co I'm in (NIC) did this sort of raise a few months back

    Probably will get something similar to that, though they are in a higher risk country (Indo) and needed 225 Mil USD, not 200 Mil AUD (140ish USD)
