I see they [MIN] have today admitted, a day later than required by the regulations, that they now control 19% of a fellow Perth Basin player beginning with W.
It is my understanding that now MIN cannot acquire any more shares in W unless MIN launches a take over bid for W.
That will make it a 3 way contest - STX / GINA / MIN - for W with no winner unless deals are done between them
One scenario could be that GINA is buying up NWE and then will swap her NWE shares for MIN's WGO shares
End result is that GINA gets more of WGO & MIN gets more of NWE and then they each make a knock out offer for shares they don't have
PLEASE NOTE This is pure speculation by me.
