Anatol, please don't take this the wrong way but its "downramping" not "downrumping". I know I know, its just one simple spelling mistake, and I know we have a lot of ESL users on these threads, but every time I see the word "downrumping" it makes me feel the same way I do when I hear nails on a blackboard.

P.S. market may have expected more, but it was a fairly solid finish in the last hour today. Lets hope for a slow absorbtion of the announcement as it permeates the broader marker, and we build on todays rise over the next few weeks.
