Either way, they've produced a lot more of something over the last few months. Even if it is more waste, that means a lot more raw product must have been processed, presumably meaning there is more finished, saleable product (but perhaps not proportionately if the processes are still askew).

Either way, I'm willing to take a punt at 4c.
