I think a lot of people, like our friend @Koi-7 above, don't realise how bad the dividend situation is. And that's just the dividend, the franking reserve is in a worse state. It's amazing that this is still at a circa. 15% premium to NTA. I suppose Geoff has built up a loyal band of followers over the years and they're blind to the reality of the situation.
