I agree. I am completely opportunistically washed out. I decided I lost $75000 investing with FMS and in that way can only be made happy if I am wrong. This has been a scheming selfish board in my opinion, without integrity, again in my opinion, and if somehow I gain a benefit from this latest change, it is only because the Board has to bring me along, too, if they are to gain a benefit.
It is incumbent on the Board to show minority shareholders they have our interests at heart - ha ha ha
