On the CR front, Jim has mentioned it obliquely a few times. Comments to the effect that company could achieve big things if there is enough funding support. I take comments like these to mean he is waiting for the opportunity to do another CR, or at the very least that he believes another CR will likely be required sometime soon. I went to look for example comments like these on his linkedin, because he's mentioned it at least twice if I recall correctly. However They were either a bit older or now deleted...I think most likely deleted. If they attempt a CR with correct Shareholder morale it will be a disaster. He needs to either to institutions, which are unlikely to back him, or to put some real wins on the board with what he has first.
