The gold found to date is pretty modest, but it is very near surface and might therefore be modestly economic, but they've only really been scratching the surface so far, and that I understand is the most important factor.
Some with an understanding of gold deposit geology in WA have previously explained that what they have found near surface is very encouraging of what may be much better at depth. All speculative even for the geo's at this stage I expect.
The gold is 100% STB.
As for the nickel, I can't imagine IGO continuing if they were likely to forfeit their 70%, but others are welcome to speculate otherwise.
