At the risk of having the post moderated for being "off topic" but since you've raised them as market peers, I haven't brought back into CEL as yet simply because they are at a similar stage to PDI (but without the additional burdens of political and environmental concerns).
However I intend to get back in this month because of their impending MRE upgrade and scoping study. I believe they will have more upside in the short term (6 months) than PDI but PDI is a much better long term option.
Not really market peers to PDI, but I thought RED (and TIE) were no brainers following the midyear slump in the POG given that they were both moving rapidly towards production phase.
