    Agree.

The better approach is simply to look at it this way.

At 2% Li20, you need 3.75 tonnes of ore to produce 1 tonne 6% Li20 concentrate, compared to say others that grade say 1.25% Li20 as they need 6 tonnes ore to produce 1 tonne 6%Li20 at a 80% recovery rate. This grade saves on capex and opex costs is my point.

The key will be the METs to show the level of deleterious elements here, but noting grade suspect they deleterious elements will be low and good for holders.

Given location, the other benefit I suspect is who may be interested in this type of deposit noting upcoming shortfalls in lithium. I posted this in another stock for those interested - Post #:65723288

Impressive hits so will be interesting how much resource they ultimately have and width of this system, as extent of resource is a key to viability. Impressive results I will say, now just a question of size and consistency which further drilling will provide.

Given where the SP is, I suspect they are in a good position to raise in due course as a means to limit dillution and carry on exploration. If this is what people are assuming it is, and time will tell, at this SP and if the exploration program continues to deliver these type of results, I suspect longer term they would have less SOI than most prospective lithium producers (should they get to the road of production).

This is just a point in time - long term if grades are good SP will look after itself, meaning dillution will be less. Obviously that is an if, hence the risk reward equations and time will tell as it could go up quickly or fall quickly depending on drill bit results.

As I said risk reward but these hits are indeed very impressive, and for those who can free carry up to you whether to do that to reduce risk. This is not financial advice, but just general comments.

    All IMO
