you've got such rose coloured glasses that you can't even read a simple change of substantial notice form -- they sold 30M shares. (now looking forward to your post saying how this is also a positive sign)
also forget about a dividend as their bankers won't allow it whilst there are amounts left owing. they are still p!ssed from taking a haircut a few years ago.
