Remember guys - there was a huge sell off from the high 4s into mid and even low 3s and the same spiel was out. People were second guessing if they were missing something - and told they were. What happened to those that sold off? Nothing wrong with selling - although the impatience of not waiting 1-2 weeks resulted in a difference of 300-400%. It doesn’t really matter what happens day to day.

As long as your investment thesis on DRE hasn’t changed - stay firm in your convictions.

For me personally, DRE continues to derisk - and actually surprise me for the better. I’m awaiting the catalysts and news from the company and superb management that has continued to deliver. Straight from the horses mouth and no one else.
