tui: Fully appreciate what you mention, which can be summed up as ITC being strongly undervalued at current pricing. I also fully understand why potential suitor(s) would want to accumulate stock at current low pricing... What I CANNOT UNDERSTAND is the millions of shares that people let go at current low pricing - silly IMHO.
