braziron float

I've heard about BrazIron in the past and that this iron ore company with large resource deposit in Brazil will be listing on ASX in the next few months?

Does anyone have any information on this? I notice that Tallbort Group (http://www.talbotgroup.com.au/wp-content/uploads/Talbot_AR2008.pdf) are a shareholder in BrazIron and they have done well with selection of previous stocks (Sphere Resources, Sundance, Riversdale to name a few).

Would be keen to find out more about BrazIron and if anyone has any details regarding the IPO it would be great!
