You have got first class form for whinging so much so that some posters will oppose your views just to give you the shits.
In my view the new directors will get in with their rather generous options etc but it wont hurt to have on record a healthy number opposing this.

Just not sure that the perceived cosy relationship between GF and JK will end up in the best interests of smaller shareholders.
Time will tell.
By the way VIC will you disclose how you will vote.
