the biggest problem with BRK is their business model the lines are blurred real investors with brains stay away from these types of companies, i would have thought now would be the best time to sell land or return some cash to shareholders or do a buy back oil price is high ,money in the bank ,land proven (has to be by now surely) and nothings happening i have a horrible feeling management will ride this out till its worth nothing collecting their the top wages for years to come - still think deletion rates are scaring any possible buyer have they ever published them ?.
