posturing comes to mind.
as does puffery...
and a string of other words better applied to AEV's lfp plant aspirations.
At the current rate AEV will struggle to get anywhere near putting together andputting to work a phosphate processing plant let alone something that is utterly outside the realm of reality of AEV, like a LFP plant.
But as a dream it is an awesome one albeit a little too late. It no longer holds the share price up either.
