Good to meet you today Rama. Thanks for outlining much of what was said. The NPV issue was down to ASX not allowing them to follow up on a previous announcement even though they felt it was justified. Sometimes there is no rhyme or reason as to what is allowed and what is not.
The amendment to the constitution was passed so if anyone cares to do the homework they can find out if an online AGM will be available in future.
Hard to believe there were so few holders there when many must be in WA and want to ask questions. Our friend came all the way from Melbourne. mainly I guess to appease his wife LOL. I am sure she is very happy now. I didn't see any mountainbikes in the foyer either.
