Imo, also why the US are so keen on worsening the situation in Ukraine, now wanting to send weapons to target Russian territory directly. They would love a longer or escalated war to take attention away from their own troubles and kickstart their economy using the military complex and a likely huge boost in manufacturing. They are bullying every other country to also send weapons so they can then sell new modern weapons at a premium to replace them all. Scary times, because when it comes to money, USA will stop at nothing.
