Thanks @2ic saved me posting on the results - agree with the assessment harsh as it may seem. Yin Main may be a one off thick high grade zone - hopefully not given hundred + iron stone targets.
Probably as good or better than results for HAS's Auer zone where the ironstone dykes are also sub vertical.
The wide spaced, scoping, nature of the drilling shows variable grades and thicknesses which are probably going to be reflected in future drilling.

The sub vertical nature will also impact on strip ratio if mining is ever done. Probably less favourable than inclined such as Yin or the near flat lying Bald Hill of HAS.

Ironstone - Carbonatite style vs Ironstone at Tennant creek (and elsewhere) that are Au/Cu bearing.

At Mangaroon it is the "wrong" type of ironstone to be associated directly with Au IMO.

There is Au potential at Mangaroon (As noted by @Green Bull) which seems to be more shear related and needs testing to see if there are any decent deposits. There may be some serendipitous associations with Ferrocarb ironstones.

Some hints of Cu locally as well as the Ni in the Money intrusive.

The main play is going to be the REEs unless there is a major surprise.

This is a miscellaneous license application which does not include mineral rights.

It is the same as the misc license HAS has over the C1 area and allows certain access rights - exactly what I don't know. Certainly not the rights to any REE under them.



DRE's application is much more substantial and could attract some objections. Will be interesting to see how it proceeds.
